Pick-Up Scheduling
Pick-up is not automatic. Please contact us when your rental is ready to be scheduled for removal.Weight Limits

All rentals must be prepaid by cash, card, or check prior to delivery. Drivers are not permitted to accept payment on site.Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted in any dumpster:Tires
Paint
Liquids
Household hazardous materials
Freon‑charged appliances
Batteries
Brush, trees, or compost
If it cannot go into regular household garbage, it cannot be accepted at the landfill.
Additional Service Policies
Overweight Loads
If the dumpster exceeds the included weight limit at the time of disposal (as outlined in the weight chart by box size), an additional fee will be applied based on the amount of overage per ton.Rental Period & Overdue Fees
All dumpster rentals include a 2‑week rental period. Customers must contact us when they are finished with the container to schedule pick‑up—dumpsters are not automatically removed after two weeks.
If we do not receive a pick‑up request by the end of the rental period, an additional weekly fee will be applied until the dumpster is returned.Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.Dig-Out Fees
If the dumpster requires excavation at the landfill due to materials becoming stuck (more commonly occurring in winter months when softer debris freezes), any dig‑out charges assessed by the landfill will be billed to the customer.Prohibited Items
Any additional fees incurred due to the disposal of prohibited items will be the responsibility of the customer.
